I'll give them credit for not giving up, but to make a claim like this shows their desperation.

SCO Group should die accompanied with a dozen lawsuits against them.

They might actually go bankrupt from all the legal fees they have. :p

They have to break the law first.

Although I suppose terroristic threats might be considered to have happened...
