Watch Dragons' Den online courtesy of BBC2. If you haven't seen it then what you can expect is a surprisingly funny show where entrepreneurs pitch often insane ideas to a group of potential investors.

It's more entertaining than it has any right to be. Click the full programme link to watch.

You know, based soley on that comment I hope whoever proposed that makes millions out it. :wtf:

I've been watching that show since the first episode. It sounds like the sort of show no one in their right mind would want to watch but it is actually quite compelling :)
The last guy (the one with a toaster for boiled eggs) was actually great viewing.

You never saw the state of it..... et al, bite myt shiny metal ass

As for last nights show? Disposable toilet seat covers for the ladies?
-
You'll notice that one of the dragons actually thought that they would sell and that they just needed to be a bit more disposable :)

Yes but the only female 'dragon' didn't like them because her head would be over the toilet bowl for too long! And I must admit I don't fancy having my head hovering over public toilet bowls for too long either!
-
Yeah but if the toilet is so rank you don't want to have to do that why would you want to risk touching the seat with your bare buttocks? :D
-
You can get disposable toilet bowl covers, though. I'm sure they have them in American toilets.
-
Yeah with that elastic one you'd actually have to fit the elastic around the toilent, which most likely involves touching the thing. The product design is flawed at the most basic level.

So old an idea...............No elastic in sight.
-
They have those little dispensible paper covers in some places. You press a button and the old one is whisked away, and a new one is put on the seat.

I think her main selling point was that her seat covers weren't paper. Not that it was a good idea. Just pointing out why she might have thought she had a market.
