Would you mind elaborating on what, exactly, you're pissed off at?

I can tell only two things from your post; that you have strong feelings about a 21-year-old article about immigrants from Indochina, and you're a fan of Babylon 5. Beyond that, i'm hella confused. :wtf:

Through the meddling or the USSR and US througout the Cold War people are victimized and hurt. Then even the US is trying to help them they botch it up making it even worse.

boggle? I am just annoyed that 20 years later, the US hasn't gotten its act together. I mean you invite these people here only to have them in worse condition than they were before.

No, it is just partially the coming to understand what JMS really meant. It was a political statement. But the fact how completely inept the US was in dealing with the aftermath is what really pisses me off. And they still are.
