Just so any one knows, it was kept quiet by the higher ups (general managers) so most of the employees were unaware of this scare; also so no one gets gun-hoe and pops off some arabs and or calls the media for no reason. 4 arabian guys, with bookbags went into the celler level in my store. theres a mens and womans abthroom and threw "white powder" all over the place. them cats even ran in the womans room and did the samething. by the time the loss prevention/ security guys got to the area, the guys made a clean get away to the exit and broke out into the times square broadway train station. i think one LP went after them but got stopped by a cop when he jumped the turnstyle. they brought some cops and checked the bathrooms. claim its baby powder. but i swear like it could even be in there!
has anyone had any anthrax scares and or hoaxes in there towns or jobs? this is the second one in 1 month.

Scotlands had a couple of Anthrax related 'incidents'..obviously nothing serious.. a hoax letter to the nY Times was sent from a post office near Sighthill, where a large number of refugees are housed.
In Edinburgh, a large number of white powder was dumped in lines outside numerous pubs, shops, etc..... until someone realised that the local running club had been marking their annual runs' route with flour! (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/lol.gif)
Nothing serious, obviously... there is a tendency for the Scots media to play up this stuff, to try and make us look more important and involved in current affairs - it gets a bit depressing sometimes.

yea we chillen now. the police was like naw its not anthrax like i said, but just in case, the cleaning crew that cleans my store, poured about 5 gallons of clorox all over the place and wore gloves and masks. bleach kills the spores. just so peeps know, if like something big happens in the city, and i dont reply for a while after it happens or report it, then the worst has happen, god forbid but hey, its always possible. thanks for everyones conern!
