Title: Stealth broken ?
Post by: Starman01 on August 12, 2006, 01:52:54 pm
Maybe I'm just too dumb, but can it be that stealth is broken ?

I tried making a ship invisble to radar, but neither "ship-stealthy" nor "friendly-stealth-invisble" is working. Can someone give me an advice ?

Multiplayer mission?

Cause it works fine in singleplayer but won't work (unless it's an actual stealth ship) in multi.

Nope, I'm trying it in my singleplayer missions.

I had this as well...

I got it to work by unchecking the 'Hidden from sensors' checkbox in FRED's ship editor, then adding an event that triggers from the get-go to apply a 'friendly-stealth-invisible' sexp to the ship

Mantis it and I'll look into it.

Is this occuring with ships that are in the mission when you use the SEXP or with ships that have yet to enter the mission?
