We dont mod for Freespace and IWar, rather we mod for Mega Man games (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif) what new baddy would you make ?? i.e. Flame man, shoots flamez (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)

Ahhh... man!!!
Way back when I was addicted (and I mean addicted, that Nintendo pad controller (you know so it was like an arcade) was the best for that game!) to Mega Man 2... I did the "what would be cool enemies for Mega Man 3" deal (or was it during Mega Man 3 I thought forward to Mega Man 4?)...
Anyways... I had:
* Vine Man - you can shoot vines to swing across ceilings and shoot enemies from far.
* Light Man - you shoot a straight (laser) beam in the direction (and opposite) you were pointing.
* Lantern Man - (like that tree guy in #2, where the leaves circled you) you got a flame surrounding you so that you can run through enemies until the power runs out.
* Nuclear Man - kinda like the fusion cannon in Descent, you charge it up, and the a sphere of destruction bursts out to a radius you charged up to.
* Mercury Man - shoot blobs that can climb walls.
* Hyper Man - run really fast.

I actually played through Mega Man 2 (it was as I remember the easiest all the MM games to Nintendo) a couple of weeks ago on a Nintendo. And it was really a blast, but it was little bit to easy.

Well, I have a few ideas.
Mooncake Man - Throws deadly explosive mooncakes at his enemies. Only appears on mooncake festivals. Chinese bad guy I guess.
Pizza Man - Throws boomarangs in the shape of pizzas. They slice through multiple enemies and cause extreme damage to them. Smells like pizza too.

There was springman, who bounced around, and his weapons bounced off of wals, so you could hit the enemy by bouncing a shot of of a wall without having to enter the enemy's field of fire.
