Mission 1:

1. Best played at a medium difficulty, otherwise some scripts (sensors) don't seem to function properly.
2. When to scan the nav point you have about 30 seconds to do so, otherwise you will be missing messages.
3. Please stay near the rising Star, just for the realism :P, i didn't found a proper way to simulate "getting lost".

had a quick tryout, good idea for a campaign ,makes a change playing as a mercenary rather than a heroic do-gooder.
one flaw i found was when the rising star was destroyed the mission continued as if nothing had happened.

I had a read throufgh the FS2 file in notepad, You might wanna add some If-destroyed,-change orders to the other ships in the misison

For some reason i cannot stop the transport from blowing up.

Well that's probaly my brothers fault, because he said it was to easy i deleted a additional wing guarding the transport :p .
It gets more easy if as the Divine Servants, who are coming from the jumpgate, you just send your squad on them. This way they will be forced in a dogfight and can't open fire on the transport. Through this its easy to hold the RisingStar at +/- 90%. Only the last wave, coming at 1.5 clicks will be a real danger then.

Just a update on this, Mission 1 was overworked, because in testing sometimes it was, as PSI-Killer said nearly impossible to protect the transport (Vorchans firing on it). I added radio messages concerning the status of several ships and made some other changes...
Other news, my brother now joined me in mission creation, speeds up the process. We already had some thoughts about the ongoing of the missions... well keep in mind we are somehow newbies to fred, learning by doing...
Missions:
Mission 1 ("Food transport") should be nearly finished now
Mission 2 (Hyperspace: Io - "Proxima 3") is in the works
Mission 3 (Beta 23, delivering the food) is nearly finished
We have some story ideas about the following missions, expect some gifts from the narn.

I thought all 3 missions were great. I like the starfuries computer giving feedback to the surroundings. level one seemed no matter what happened to the freighter the mission was a success, maybe you want it that way though. Mission 2 was good wiht the sensors getting repaired automaticly and also the automatic jumping was a great touch. mission 3 was good since I never saw a Narn base in a shootout. Why was the Gquan just in the background doing nothing?

[HDD]:\[TBP folder]\data\missions\
is the place to put them (the *.fs2-files) into... just copy them in and make sure there is no subfolder you don't wanted to be there --
from then on the missions should be accessable through the Mission Simulator tab of the Tech Room (acessable from the main menu/main hall)
if there was a *.fc2-file put it there too -- a *.fc2 is a campaign file linking up the missions, so they acessable as campaign
if they come (packed) as *.vp-file just put the *.vp into the main folder and then they should be acessable like any other

Thanks for the feedback, i'll look into that problem with the freighter, there should be a if-destroyed followed by a mission failed message, then a jump out.

Hello again the greatest noob on earth is back again ;)
First i have to say i like the missions, seems to be a good beginning for a good campaign.
The only thing is that the mission specs has to be changed in scramble mission, because i was able to change my fighter in the second and third mission.
P.S. I've started to create an own campaign, i hope that it is ok for you when i use some of your soundfiles for my campaign.
