Alright I have created a new topic as to draw more attention.

Where can I get the individual VP files Sparky_hi_fs2, warble, and the Tangos??

what the hell is going on that people are missing these vps ?

Download the shivan pack, update it through to 1.8 and 1.9. That should give you a full working recent version of Freespace SCP.
