Title: OpenGl problem
Post by: BloodNose on August 18, 2006, 05:26:41 pm
When i try to start the Babylon mod, it says "Current Gl version is 1.0 is less than required version of 1.2." I have installed the patch 3.3a but it still says that. What i should do?

I had that error too, but i didn't installed the patch correctly. Try opening the lauchner, copy the fs2_open_367.exe to your TBP directory and set that fs2_open_367.exe as current one (not the fs2_open_r.exe or other ones) . That worked for me.

You need a more modern version of FRED. I'm sure someone can suggest one that is compatible with TBP.

The problem is I didn't want to give a link unless I knew which build people on here use. If you say that 3.6.7 Official is working well for you then this (http://fs2source.warpcore.org/exes/latest/September2005/20050929-fred2_open.rar) is the FRED build that most closely corresponds with that build. I have no idea if it works with TBP though.

It still complains about that with the build I gave you? That kinda surprises me.
