Trying to get cannons to have an emp effect, but doesn't seem to be working. I put the EMP flag and have the EMP intensity and time in the table, but nothing. Am I missing something?

blast properties, EMP only effects objects within a blast radius, so if there is no blast there is no emp.

Wasn't there a campaign TopAce made that featured Hecate's with EMP turrets? Made them a real ***** to attack, those things are really nasty (when combined with the usual flak).

Blast radius of 0.2 would be fine i reckon........

Hmm ... interesting idea. Would also be useful if put on the rear turret of bombers to fry chasing interceptors and missiles.

Yeah, all I'm doing with them is to give a very short, and small EMP effect to the energy cannons in a project I'm working on. Something to make the energy cannons stand out a little from the many ballistic weapons I have.
