My little brothers 13, last night he asked me if Admiral Petrarch was Alpha one from FS1 + Silent threat.
After a curt smack to the forehead i thought,..............................Maybe?
*Discuss.
-
I like to think that I later got to command myself...
On the other hand, it's pretty unlikely. If :v: did that, then they really like putting in random stuff.
Although, if we had a voice clip of alpha one speaking...
-
Surely JADD should have voice actors.........
-
:) Possible but unlikely. I very much doubt the Aquitaine would have run away from everything including it's own shadow if Petrarch really was Alpha 1.
Of course there is a theory that Bosch was Alpha 1. It is certain that Bosch fought in the Hades Rebellion against the GTI which would put him on the same side as Alpha 1. Who exactly he was though is never explained.
-
Bosch was Alpha 2 :D or mebbe one of Omicron wing.
(The gti Valks which nicked thingummybobs elysium)
What my bruv peter asked, just made me wonder thats all :D

If he was in the last mission, I guess he would have to be Alpha 1, since the rest of your wingmen always die in that mission. :D

4 Ursa's and about 75 resupplies later, Hades hull 81%............................
-
The Bosch thing is possible.
But FS1's Alpha 1 is stuck in Sol, remember? :p
-
not silent threats alpha one :ick:
-
Yeah but the original question was about Alpha 1 from FS1 + Silent Threat and ngtm1r is correct that they have to be two different people.
-
z0mg................ I forgot, They miht be twins part of a lineage of super pilots, like dredd and rico.....
I'm just rambling now........ :D
-

That, and the two Alpha 1's weren't even stationed on the same ship. FS1 Alpha 1 was on the Galatea/Bastion, and ST Alpha 1 was on the Intrepid.

I thought ST A1 was on the Krios/Soyokaze, or did it state that he/she was on the Intrepid prior to joining GTI?
-
He came with a recommendation from Admiral Po of the Intrepid, so it seems likely he was previously stationed there.
-
It's times like this I remember I never even played ST
-
IMHO, you aren't missing much.... I'm sure there was supposed to be a central plot, but it wasn't executed very well.
-
I bought FS1 before it came out and by the time I could play it by sounds alone FS2 came out.
-

Perversely, the plot destroyed itself. Everyone complains about their being little information, but there should be little information, because information was GTI's job and guess who you're fighting. :p
-
I thought the overall plot was actually pretty good. It's the mission design that sucked.
-
All I remember about Silent Threat was flying round like some kind of giant bottle of Domestos 'sanitizing' everything.

Yep. Silent Threat was a good idea poorly executed. That's why a lot of people are looking forward to ST:R.

Alpha 2:"Incoming jump signature detected, IFF unknown!"
Command: "Identify yourself, pilot!"
<unknown>: "HI! I'M BARRY SCOTT!"
-
LMAO!
(Google "cilit bang" if you don't get it!)
-
Ugnnn, Most annoying advert EVER !
We need a Kill Barry Scott campaign.................
-
I agree, why in hell does he have to shout!!
"You love that one Barry!" :snipe:
-
Hah. You may rightly want to chop the annoying bastard into tiny pieces, but if the ad wasn't working you wouldn't have a clue what I was talking about.........
-
*MEDIA DISCUSSION*
I do agree with ya there Aldo, All ads need to do is raise awareness, and by being an annoying A-Hole. He's done just that.
Positive awareness is better, but as the saying goes,
Theres no such thing as bad publicity......
-
Aye... we have a guy like that Billy Mays, he sells "Oxy Clean" and such nonsense... unfortunantly he's from Colorado (even has the accent)
-
Its a new cult, (i said cuLt) of annoying cleaning product advertisers....Hellbent on annoying the populace into submission. :(
