Yeah. Uh huh. That's what they said the last time I came out with a model. So I made this... the GJ Leech. It's a leech-squid-thing with engines. And a fighterbay. And a cruiser bay. Hmm...

Well, aside from being obscenely high poly, the engines look out of place. (I'd imagine an organic creature would have more integrated "engines" but thats just me.) Create a new race of squid things that attack the alliance!

Yeah, I added the engines as an afterthought. They should be relatively easy to remove if I feel like it. It's only got 8030 polygons, but that's without any turrets. Depending on turret numbers and complexity, it could be higher. Not like Singh's GTD Justice, just a little higher.

Interesting design.... definetely alien. Also agree, the engine should be part of the creature.
Does Wings have/support an Optimize tool? Hitting that could really drop the polycount down, unfornately your uvmap will be destroyed. I'd hate to uvmap that thing :nervous:

Oooooh... pretty colors....
But that tip as obscene polys.
And the ship, overall, has almost as many polys as that GTVA Titan, further up the page. :shaking:
