Heh, they do realise the first time it tries to mediate between two arguing men, it's going to be attacked by both of them, they may hate each other, but they sure as hell aren't going to put up with a sodding camera telling them what to do.

I dunno, I might like being one of the people that sit there and operate those little buggers.

I'd mess with people every chance I got.

I remember the Mark Thomas episode, he walked around a town centre with 8 men dressed as clowns and then wrote to the Council requesting his footage under the DPA.

They responded that they could not find the footage.

He replied that if they could not even find 8 clowns on their CCTV what ****ing use would they be at catching criminals?

If they can't put cops, put cameras.

Thats why its more fun to spy on peoples private lives then try to catch criminals.

I think that at this point, it's exceedingly likely that a clerical error somewhere in Britain's central archives mixed up a copy of the constitition with 1984. Oh wait, that's right, you don't have a constitution. Er...good luck with that.

Oh Rictor, my love, you should've known better. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_of_the_United_Kingdom)
