I googled for a commander snipes image in the hope of finding a lookalikee, the comment said " Terran Pilot and Commander Snipes ", And check the URL, The pilot is blatantly the asian guy cos there's a pilot pic in the selction screen  that resembles him VERY closely. So fatty specco must be Snipes, Guess the SOC has easier requirements than i thought..........
