I created a "Revenge"-folder in the FS 2-main-folder and installed the mod in there. Then I installed a mod.ini in there. In the launcher (5.4) I choose Revenge with the mod-tab. But in the campaign-room there´s only the FS 2 Main-Campaign. Prog. tells me, that the actual campaign could not be found and that I have to choose another.
To get Revenge working I installed all files in the data/missions-folder, what is not the right way, I know. But it works for now (except some probs with the weapons.tbl; some weapons could not be found :() Any suggestions?

[rant]I'm not touching Revenge with 10 foot barge pole. I've never played the translation but it must have one hell of a plotline for people to put up with the constantly bug ridden poor excuse for FREDding that is prevalent in that campaign. [/rant]
Ahem. Now that I've got that off my chest, What happens if you stick the files you stuck in data\missions in Revenge\Data\Missions instead?

I´ll try!

It worked! I created a "missions"-folder in the Revenge-folder. But I´m afraid that the .tbl-errors will still be there (what is a problem of the mod itself...)

In any mod folder, if you have a mod.ini, then yu need a complete DATA-subfolder structure with all pertaining files included therein, or in a .VP with the same structure in the mod folder itself :)

Hmmm...Derelict allready had a mod.ini, FS Port (2.2) did work normally after copying a mod.ini in the mods-folder. I have no other mods so far!

The mod.ini does nothing that typing in -mod mod1, mod2.... etc doesn't do.
If you have table errors in your mod then your mod ini almost certainly isn't to blame. The only campaigns where it could be are ones like Blaise's Shrouding the Light which use things from other mods and thus require the mod.ini to be used to find them.
Revenge does not fall into this category AFAIK so you have to look elsewhere for the blame.
