Actually I suppose if the companies  they're targetting are operating in such a way that it does suggest affiliation/endorsement with Apple and iPod then that might have a point. Copyrighting the word "pod" though? Hah!

this is just apple screwing themselves over again  Haa!!
they screwed themselves when they didn't let anyone use their os and now their screwing themselves again :)
