This is quite old. Was made for a campaign, that I am sad to say will likely never see the light of day. If there's interest I'll finish the poffing and release it. I have this ship, an interceptor, and a support ship all ready to be released, pending the pof data being added.

I tend to agree with you. It's not a chig ship with those textures but with different ones it very well could be.

Ok. File is available on Skelkwank (http://www.game-warden.com/raa/), in the Downloads section.
FS doesn't run on my laptop, and my desktop is at home, so I have been unable to do any testing. But there's nothing that would cause trouble, AFAIK. Report issues, if you will.

(No tables included. I've always thought that since each mod would use each model differently, it would be a waste of time.)
The MOI and Mass are basically copies of the FS1 Nahema. However, Im not sure how much of an impact the POF data makes for anything but collisions, and things like that, so.... there you have it.
If you like this, I have an Interceptor and a Support ship that I can finish as well.

Some of those pass off as Terran designs in my book... :lol:
Especially the Huntercraft that's already available... with a Terran cockpit, glass shine and grey textures, I'll finally have something that can rival an Ezechiel with 2x2 primary guns and 2 secondary banks... :lol: :D
(I tried the retexturing, but now the cockpit isn't black in colour anymore and is just some fugly brown... Bangwal :lol:)

Hmm, as far as I recall, the Huntercraft (or any other lizard ships for that matter) don't have secondary bays... Unless I'm mistaken. Which is possible, since its been a year since I made them.

I edited the POF. The bottom guns are the primaries while the side ones are secondaries (that makes 2x2 and one secondary). I haven't used it in-game yet though.
The simplicity of Modelview... :D
Same with the Ezechiel, default is 2x4 and 2 secondaries, but I brought it down to 2x2 and 2 secondaries because I wanted it to slot in as a medium fighter.

Interceptor available on the website. Again, I dont know if theres any issues with it. Enjoy it, though. I hope someone does.

I'd accidentally deleted modelview32 while on one of my perodic reorganize/clean forays into the dark corners of my hard drive, and searching for download links here is a lost cause. :/

Well, once again, I have to say these craft are put together quite well. :cool: I'd love to see them in a campaign......in about six or seven years. :p

I.... can't find my original download package for it, and havent gotten around to assembling a new one. If anyone has the one that I used to have on the old Mekhu, I'd like to rehost it.

I'm using it, but mine has heavily-edited gunpoints... and I think I copied the docking data from another ship.
I should have the original somewhere...
(yawns because it's 2:20am here :nervous:)

And the Losna is now up. All of my public models are now available.
Im still hoping to find time to make the lizard carriercraft.

I've done my best, but I fear the Killercraft model at least is defective. The tables are fine, the weapons are fine, but 3.6.9 CTDs whenever they're in the mission for more than ten seconds. Even the debug build doesn't give any useful information. I suspect there is a problem with switching over to LOD1 but can't prove anything.

Just to check, I'm getting a similar crash with the Huntercraft. My game crashes with the Windows error message (like my camera crash bug) when a weapon hits it, while looking at the ship in third-person (I'm flying it and looking at it from the outside). I don't get a crash if I collide with an enemy ship in first-person view though.
Using 369RC7 Debug with my own tables obviously. POF was edited in Modelview due to gunpoints (1x4P, 2x2S) and mass. Textures, using a grey-purplish version of "aerofight.pcx" only. No shine textures were added into the VP I made (because they glow green and not grey).
I (have yet to use / don't have any plans to use) the Killercraft though, so I can't really report the same problem as ngtm1r.

I don't suppose I could convince someone more conversant in the modelling side to poke at these things?

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the fact that the last program to save the file was modelview. Perhaps a run through PCS will fix some/any issues?
