Title: I got bored...
Post by: PotzUK on October 12, 2006, 08:38:37 am
So I whipped this up in Photoshop.  It's not 100% accurate, but if someone can put it to use great, else it took an hour out of an insanely boring work day :)

Hrmph. Not bad, but you've got some glaring layout issues that make it harder than it should be to get a handle on, and missing a few nodes here and there. Now, here's a nodemap with some chesthair:

I've never understood why people making node maps insist on having lines cross that don't need to. I mean why on Earth can't you better position Procyon A for instance?

Presumably to represent their physical location on the galatic plane when viewed from above :)  But just for you, here's an uncrossed version.  Can't do much about beta aquilae / Vega and Sirius / Regulus nodes though ;)

I'd accept that if it weren't for the fact that all the stars are in the wrong position for that :D

Anyway the new uncrossed map is much better

Yes you can. ;)

You'd have to move things around a bit, but it's definitely possible to have no lines cross at all.
