Ok, i've been tryin to get the mouse to be non-inverted, as in up is up and down is down, in the game. I'm wondering if it's possible, and if not I'll just try to get used to it.

Welcome aboard, I'm not sure exactly how you invert the mouse, but I'm sure someone will be along soon to tell you if you can :)

Inverted is the proper way to play, meaning you should probably try to get used to it as it's the way practically every other game uses by default nowadays. Now, i'm not saying there isn't probably a way to have it non-inverted [of which I can't help you], i'm just saying that it would be in your best interests if you just got used to it.

Launch FS2. Go to "Options", "Control Config". Select "Ship". Go to where it says "Pitch Axis". It should say something like "Joystick/Mouse Y Axis". Highlight that and look to the bottom left where it says "Alt" "Shift" and "Invert". Select "Invert" and enjoy.

Or just hold it upside down............

Here's the real question. Why aren't you good enough to play without one?

Everyone sticks to what they're comfortable with, if it works for you, why should you worry how other people do it? :)
