Mmm, deep fried silicon-rich chicken. *salivates*
-
I wonder just what that would taste like...
I shudder to think of the poor people who read that, try it themselves, yet skip over the key phrase "non-electrically conductive oil". :p
-
Finally, something Hippo can use his overheating laptop for. :p
-
I would be more impressed if they cooked the french fries merely by overclocking the mobo.
-
ive always wanted to hook up my water-cooling to a coffee machine, i wonder if it's possible.
i mean, i do have a prescott core cpu in that computer, so getting it hot enough isnt a problem at all.
-
I had a friend of mine computer that would idle at 80 degrees F. We could probably get the CPU hot enough to at least reheat some frozen dinners. :D
-
is this......real? :eek2:
-
Really what people need to do is invent some kind of heat capacitors that are accessible enough for commercial use. Think of it like regenerative braking - you connect one end of a hose to a wall socket, and one end to your new video card. Presto! Hot water and full house heating for a month. :p
-
Or, have your water cooling system power a generator which in turn powers your computer. Aaaah, perpetual motion!

This guy clearly knows nothing about the culinary arts. Everyone knows that fried computer is served with l337sauce.

There's nothing new about this. Tom's did a cooking oil experiment about a year ago, which provided extremely good OC possibilities, and without the use of any heatsyncs. However, ionization did occur...

Don't forget the dip to go with the chips!
