Title: A real-world, non-digital project.
Post by: bizzybody on November 06, 2006, 10:42:27 pm
A project I've been doing in meatspace. :D

I used superbright white LEDs because they're what I had on hand, they light up much redder to the eye. My Mavica CD250 makes it look like there's 9 bright white spots.

Meatspace, as in the actual, real world, not involving computers or virtual creations or simulations. It's a spoof on the term meetspace, which some unknown person coined for meaning a face to face meeting instead of communicating via e-mail, instant messaging or even talking on the phone.

Hmmm, Meatspace, with cuts of beef for the Terrans, Pork for the Vasudans and Chicken for the Shivans. Skinless hotdogs for dumbfire missiles and Sabrett (http://www.sabrett.com) frankfurters for bombs... now i'm hungry.

[yoda] Ahah, much sense it makes now. [/yoda]
Cheers, i thought it was some kind of KoL tool, or a weird weird thing never meant for mortal eyes.

By the Way, you can buy Yo-Yo's like that over here :D

Those LED lights remind me of the brake lights on nismo's Z-Tune GT-R... I liked those, it was a nice touch over the "regular" BNR34.

The new G35 and G35x have LED taillights that are quite sexy.

you going to take a pic of that thing head-on and use it on a texture for a ship? (Deimos-class maybe)
