Looking forward to in the future.
Resident Evil 3 due in 2007
Meg: The Deep Terror sometime between 2007 and 08 (Steve Alten book)
the new Babylon 5 series or movies
More to come but I cannot think of them.

I'm looking forward to a movie called "When people stop useing sentence fragments in thread titles". Jay Sherman gave it two thumbs up!
-
Just the next Batman movie.
-
300 and...uh some others which I can't remmeber now. Oh, Children of Men.
-
resident evil 3 will most likely be a peice of crap.
I really enjoyed the first Resident Evil mainly because I wanted too, I had a lot of goodwill projecting at the screen. the 2nd really suffered from the director ignoring established limits for the Zombies.
understand I will see Resident Evil 3 because I want to support Sci-Fi in the hopes that eventually someone will show up who takes the subject matter seriously and make a great movie.....but I so wish they would learn from the most recent Dawn of the Dead movie where the Zombies actually ran at ppl making them a credible threat.
-
I'm the movie Indiana Jones, thank you very much.
-
I'm not looking forward to that one, I hope it's good but I have my doubts.... Harrison Ford has been out of the scene for a while and he's getting really old and seems tired, I think the yrs of alcoholism have caught up to him.
he just plain sucked in FireWall.

Pan's Labyrinth, The Prestige and The Fountain. There are others, but they're mostly well-that-looks-cool-I-guess-I'll-see-that films and don't involve a whole lot of looking forward.
Children of Men.

Don't be pretending that you're being judgmental. You just wanted to get near his cock area. I'm a DETECTIVE!
-
Falling Down, most likely.....
-
Hot Fuzz. Film form the people who did Spaced and Shaun of the Dead. Looks great from the trailer.

Pan's Labyrinth, The Prestige and The Fountain.
Great, didn't see it, so-so.
Seems we have similar tastes, except I had the good fortune to see Pan's Labyrinth and The Fountain at the Toronto Film Festival. Pan's Labyrinth is very, very awesome, maybe the best movie I've seen all year. The Fountain, despite my huge expections, turned out to be kind of a cliched love story and not even a particularly engaging one at that. Now granted, the eye candy is beautiful since it is Darren Arronofsky after all, but the acting and plot was pretty ordinary and underwhelming. And that's what I heard from others on the Intertubes as well, so it's not just me. Anyway, go see it and maybe you'll have a different opinion.
edit: I just checked Rotten Tomatoes: Pan's Labyrinth has a 100% rating (unheard of) and The Fountain has a 50% (also uncommon, though at the other end of the scale).

is the HALO movie supposed to be any good?
idk...prolly not...considering how well movies are adapted into games
*remembers Wing Commander, Resident Evil, Alone In the Dark...etc.*
*retches*
-
The HALO movies has been put on hold, most likely cancelled, because of lack of funding. Universial (or whoever the the big company that was backing it) bailed. Personally, I think Microsoft should put down the cash, it is after all an incredible ad for their systems.
-
Nothing.
-
Movies are overrated.
-
300 defently and the new Spiderman movie.
-
Yeah, Spiderman 3 looks pretty damn good! :D
-
I am looking forward to a book remake of StarShipTroopers.
And the next Batman movie.
-
Whatever Vincenzo Natali is doing these days. I have no idea what that is. I've not been paying attention. :nervous:
-
Let's face it. None of you have any idea who Vincenzo Natali is do you. :(
-
It's funny you should say that, considering I just ordered a copy of Nothing.
I really shouldn't have hesitated. The damn thing went out of print in Aus, I'm having to import it.
-
haha. Just looked it up on IMDB. I could have bet money it'd have either David Hewlett or Kari Matchett in it :). Yes you shouldn't have hesitated. One day people will appreciate just how good this guy is. Cypher has become my most watched DVD of recent years.
-
Worth a download?
-
The guy behind Cube right?
-
Yes the guy behind Cube and Mefustae you are a cheapskate :P.
