Title: A question for Europe.

Now people are having their panties in a twist over this video and making stupid comments about socialist Europe making comments about it being Abu Ghraibish. What is your opinion? *Personally, this is just a bunch of fun*

I don't give a ****.

My brother and sister did that **** to me one time - tied me to a chair and left me for like 2hrs or some ****.

It's annoying if you're the one being forcibly restrained, but that's about it.

That was about how I felt about it. Hey anything to relieve stress. I just don't understand why people necessitate getting retarded about this.

Janos, everyone is socialist to them.

Still... meh... I don't care what american troops do with each other. They could have an orgy if they wanted to...  :nervous:

Have you guys read the comments under the video? What a joke.

I don't have any problem with this. I agree with whoever commented on there that it's just some young adults having some fun, and that she's laughing her way through it. As long as she doesn't have a problem with it then nobody else should - after all she's the only one who actually went through anything!

I find it interesting that people are centering on the fact that they're American troops. Now I don't agree with the war in Iraq or the way things have been going over there at all, but this video has nothing to do with that. To me it's no different than if they were at an office party, a group of shelf stacking kids taking a break and having some fun in a warehouse late one night... whatever. Their occupation has no bearing on this.

Happens at uni, stag nights, office parties.... nothing wrong with it unless someones getting hurt (and she's obviously not) :)

But what the **** is 'socialist europe' anyways?  Like, what countries?

Seems perfectly normal for a bunch of mindlessly bored people to me. The fact that they're wearing uniforms doesn't change that :) And you gotta do something to lighten up once in a while.

Do I need to include a disclamer and quotes around the words socialist Europe? I DO NOT agree with the stereo type. In fact I was poking fun at the idiots posting comments about liberal papers taking this and running with it. kode, I think you are taking what I said the WRONG way.

Now if this was Russians tying up the girl, or, like, 90% of the world's soldiers, what happened next would have been quite different.

Though seriously, whoever think this is wrong needs to be tied up to a pole and pelted with tomatoes. That's education the old fashioned way.

I have an idea.  Let's all collectively e-mail the Drudge Report to tell them how stupid they are for making a big deal out of this bull****.
