Have you seen?
-
At the moment, it would be Event Horizon. I typically don't watch gushy horror movies, but I enjoy a good gorefest every now and then.
-
End of Silent Hill is not bad either.
-
kill bill crazy 88 fight scene is always fun to watch.
-
The Devil's Rejects, probably...
i saw event horizon a couple of years ago, but i kept covering my eyes  i was about 10

Gore-fests have never appealed to me in any way to be honest.
Phsychological horrors, on the other hand, can scare the living bejeebers out of me ;)

I'm the same way, though I do enjoy a purely bloody movie just for the heck of it every now and then. :)

the original dawn of the dead. that has always been one of my favorites. the end where the bikers storm the mall, and in the process let in a million zombies, at which point most of them get eaten. the part where they start ripping out that one guys entrails was quite amusing. :D

It's got a few gory scenes in it, but it's more psychological than it's just outright gore. That's why I like it too. It's been the last "scary" movie to actually scare me. Nothing at all has scared me since.

I enjoyed the uncut version of dawn of the dead, (aired on sci fi and usa), the special effects were up to par. :D
Tho my wife freaked out at the gore, she said it was to graphic..

A fair amount of it was psych horror, true, but plenty of it was pure blood and guts as well. I guess I keep having flashbacks of the time I the DVD down to watch the transmission. Not a good idea at all.

event horizon was roxors :)
-
lessee, i'd haveta say either evil dead 1 or 2
-
Bad Taste maybe?
-
the original dawn of the dead
  My choice as well, I love that movie.
-
Evil Aliens.
-
The jerkin'-off scene was just....
-
yes... well...
I think Evil Ed was bloodier than Evil Aliens, but it was a while since I watched it now. The first scene has a guy blowing his own head off with a grenade, and that was kinda messy. I think it took a turn for the worse after that.

The Descent

starship troopers. I saw it when I was like 5, too. Then I saw this one part of event horizen when this guy goes out an airlock without a suit, so it's up there with it.
EDIT: ACK!!! Grammar error!! :shaking:
