Just remember: The next time some defeatocrat commie sodomite tells you that we're losing the War on TerrorTM, you can say, "Not compared to the war on drugs lol!"
-
Ah yes, The War On Drugs, one of the biggest wastes of man power and monery ever. Because I don't want to write a small essay on how stupid it is, I'll let P&T Do it, I highly suggest everyone watch all their episodes.

So, yay, I love Penn and Teller, they are my role models (bar the illusionism). :D

god'n'bennet thats alot of money :pimp:
-
I've got an idea: let's surrender in the War on Drugs, nationalize the pot industry, and use the money to pay for the War on Terror.
I should be president.
-
Also by legalising it we could legitimize the Opium industry of Afghanistan and cripple both the Warlords and Taliban :p

Change your name first, then I'l vote for you.

Drugs are the solution to all our problems!

Well, actually that would technically require us to legalize heroine, not marijuana. Don't get me wrong, it might be fun.
-
**** it lets just rleegalize crack and see how much we can reduce the human population :D

Actually, if the state legalised crack and set up proper clinics and soforth to make it available in safe and clean doses, it would cause dramatically less deaths than it would now. Seriously, legalised recreational drug-use would severely damage the black market for the substances, go a long way in lowering deaths from overdoses and aids-transmission via dirty needles and soforth, and free up a ****load of money that is otherwise wasted in a futile attempt to stop drug-smuggling.

If pot becomes legalized, I'm buying stock in it.

instead of legalising heroine you buy the entire poppy harvest of Afghanistan and turn it into medicinal opiates.

I'm all for legalizing marijuana.
-
Most people are.
Alcohol was prohibited because Irish were having fun with it.
-
As well they should be ;7 .
-
Basically every drug that's ever been prohibited was prohibited because the administration didn't like the people who had the most fun with it. In some drugs case I can see why their banned, but I want to know why pot is illegal and tobacco is legal... tobacco is the leading cause of preventable death, from both first and second hand smoke, and pot, other than a few notable side effects, is realitively harmless.
*Buys a couple of bags of potato chips*

Probably because the harmful effects of tobacco were only noticed after they were taxing it.
