I'll explain my story: I had this great computer, that one day, I f***** up so now, i only have my dad's super (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/squeeze.gif) P200 with an S3 Virge 325! (I've a PS2 for extreme gaming (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/biggrin.gif), I only regret not buying a new computer because of FS2 (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/frown.gif)) and i really wanted to play fs2, but i can't, because my s3 virge isn't very good for d3d. So, how can I play fs2 in software mode (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/confused.gif)

FS2 had its software rendering mode removed...except for the part that deals with FRED2.
I still don't understand these "I used to have a good computer but..." stories.

I have seen some hacked drivers out there that allow you to emulate hardware acceleration through the processor; it works, but framerates go through the ground.

I had a pII266 with a GF2MX400 and 192 Ram. I flashed my bios with a broken disk! Overall: Impossible to repair motherboard!
This pc hasn't an agp slot, and that's my problem!
