Title: New version of vpviewer32 available?

Is there a newer version of vpview32 available?  My current version is borked and cannot read certain files.  And what utility can one use to mod vp files?

VPMage (http://www.mydatabus.com/public/tureyhall/z/vpmage.zip) creates VP files.

I've yet to find a vp file that VPView 1.3 can't read (And that includes B5-Core-3_3.vp which I've heard other people complain about).

Problem is that people keep trying 2.0 Beta which does have issues.
