Title: Tech Room: Rotating Weapon Pics Missing!!

[ugh I meant this for the FS1Port forum, but if anyone knows!]

hay!  3.0.4 install with Turey's installer, when I go into the Tech Room and view the Ships/Weapons/Intelligence page, the rotating 3D ships and Intelligence videos display, but there are no weapons pictures at all in the window.

Am I missing a file or something?  I've installed all of the files on the fs1port download page.  thx!

Make sure you've got sparky_hi_fs1.vp and tango_fs1.vp. The files you're missing should be in there.

Both of those files are in the freespace/fsport dir.  the fsport readme mentions cbanim.vp among others, which are not there.  Do I need to locate these?  The launcher is set to 3.6.9-7
Now, I also looked in the tango_fs1.vp and the animation is there in vpview32.  i tried extracting cb_ml16.ani to various directories, with no luck.  Any more ideas?  thx!!

Ugh.  This is another bug that is known, and will be fixed in the 3.1 release, but is not fixed in any of the 3.0 releases.  You'll just have to live with it until 3.1 comes out. :)
