Title: Weapons i suggest

I've got theories on what might be cool weapons. I'm not sure if they've already been made into mods.

1.A meson torpedo (Smaller version of the meson bomb, but more destructive power then a helios)

2 .A bomber-mounted beam cannon

3. an EMP gun

4. a 'super' gun ( say , 10 shield dmg, 12 hull dmg) ?

5 a super bomber. (more missile banks, more gun banks, maybe 2 turrets)

If they've been made, perhaps link ?

I made some weeks ago a ballistic cannon which makes a lot of hull damage, but no shield damage (it is designed to be mounted on bombers so that they can take out AAA beams and flaks from long range before beginning their bombing run). And it has only 30 shots if mounted on a Ursa... (maybe I'll change it sometime).

Yeh, been made..

The Vindyachal and my Lightbringer have mounted beams..

I have a Meson Tactical Torpedo on the archangel Mk2

And I also made the Redeemer cannon (ballistic primary, special bomber-weapon) for a very specific bomber (one that has 8 HUGE primaries but very little missile capacity) That bomber has ammo for 20 shots (per bank - 2x4 banks).
Can't remeber the damage done without checking but you could vaporize a fighter with a single salvo easily..

1. Inferno, my mod, many more (just a torpedo with more damage and bigger radius)

2. I guess many people tried that with more or less useful results (Inferno, my mod, others)

3. Machina Terra

4. that's just simple table editing, some similar are available (Revenge FCs RGX-gun)

5. see Trashman, also every ship can have more guns by POF-editing

Lightspeed also gave EMP damage to his improved Shivan weapons.

Meson Torp ---- Apocalypse (aka Armageddon) bomb from Inferno

Bomber-mounted beams ------- Vindhyacal, Nightmare Bomber

"Super" Gun ------ I'd say the Firestorm cannon from ITDOH Chapter3+ comes closest I've seen. It's even more powerful than the Kayser.

Super Bomber -------- Notus and Wraith-class superbombers from the as-of-yet unreleased Inferno SCP.

Open weapons.tbl with notepad and make these weapons by yourself?
