Title: Missing Interface

Am I the only one who's getting a black screen on every resolution? :\

Anything above 3.6.9 will give me a black screen with text and nothing else. Debug says something about the interface.tbl. I had this problem a while ago but I decided to just go back to the previous build. But since every single new build has this same problem, I've decided that I'll try get more help.
