It's a clip from the series "Alive in Baghdad", basically just interviews with ordinary Iraqis. War, lack of electricity and daily killings don't seem to deter some people from gaming. I guess this is a ringing endorsement for Sony - they should put it in a commercial or something.
Actually, I recommend you check out the whole lot of them. I just stumbled upon it today and I'm working my way through, lots of interesting stuff from the only people who really matter in this whole conflict: the Iraqis themselves.

you would be suprised just how many people in iraq, iran and several other countries play games. in my racing league i have 2 eygptians and a saudi arabian. then i scroll through all sorts of sites these guys link me to i am quite suprised i always thought middle eastern countries are not usually interested in computers.
as for sony, in iraq, there risking alot with suicide bombings and stuff like that.
