with my playing about with my other toy I wiped up a couple of batch files that makes the use of nVidias DDS tool real easy, tcon is for converting textures effmake is for makeing an eff. if you run them they are prety self explanatory. I included nVidia's DDS tool, if you put everything in the system32 folder you can just type in the names of the comands and uase them anywere, otherwise you have to have them all in the same folder.
