Title: words of the world
Post by: Thor on January 24, 2007, 10:49:35 am
hey guys, i need some help.  with the aid of a translation site I have gotten the following translations for the word...WORD.  If anyone can verify that these do in fact mean word and not something questionable.  Also if anyone can get me various asian characters (Japanese, various Chinese, etc...) that mean word, it would be greatly appreciated (or at the least point me in the right direction to find them...i naturally don't have all the foreign languages set up on the pc so i get gibberish when i try to surf asian sites...

At any rate, all help would be appreciated.  This is for a design concept that may make its way onto my first (hopefully of many) T-Shirt design.  I could just go with what i have, but I don't want to offend people if possible.

Thanks a ton

Edit:  would help if i put the list on eh?

I can verify "palabra", which is Spanish. I assume that "palavra" is Portuguese, but I'm not sure on that one.

Kotoba (Dunno the kanji/hanzi) is Japanese for 'word'.
