Title: HTL and mediavps target

Apparently I can't interpret what the meaning is of "Add -htl and -mediavps to the end of the FRED2 target," so I'm just gonna see if anyone could just copy / paste their FRED2 target with the -htl and -mediavps stuff added afterwards.

Create a shortcut to your FRED2.exe file. Then right-click it, and write

-fredhtl -mod mediavps

to the target line, after the "%FREESPACE2%\FRED2.exe" -part (%FREESPACE2% being the path to your FreeSpace2 directory, naturally).
