Title: Ogg Movies from Freespace 1
Post by: Apathy on January 26, 2007, 06:46:59 pm: Are there any Ogg movies from Freespace 1 to use with SCP, or am I just blind? Honestly I think the movies from Freespace one are better than FS2's, especially the intro sequence.

If not, do you plan on converting them? Sorry if this is a old/stupid question.

Though you can just use the .mve movies off the FS1 retail disks as well.

I can always open it separately, but wouldn't it be possible to open the first mission in fred and make it play the intro?

Post by: Mongoose on January 27, 2007, 04:25:20 pm: No, the game is hard-coded to look for a file named "intro." Just re-name it to intro.ogg, and it'll play fine.

Post by: Mongoose on April 01, 2007, 09:53:48 pm: The cutscene files can either go right in your fsport directory or in the path fsport/data/movies (you might need to create the relevant folders).
