Yeah, the face was a bit messy; albeit it's the back of the head that's worst, as I didn't model the 'cap'. I'm happy enough with it, though.

I don't really care, to be honest :) Particularly as, when in-cockpit, it's the bit you're least likely of all to see.

Zoom into the shiny bit at the front (hint; it's a bubble cockpit). Now zoom in, and you can see his arm.

Alright let me try one more time. Anyone with Bob Zod in the models care to post a zip of said models for the heathens amongst us ? So perhaps those without any modelling skills or time could share in the benefits of seeing the very Vasudans you are about to kill ?

And the many many missions that feature that model. Including potentially newbies first experiences with freespace - the freespace ports first real mission.

Looks really good.
But now I have to decide wetehr I will sue it or not..
Most of my fighters are two seaters (will see if the Shrike will be), and 3000 polygons for pilots that are never seen from up close sounds a bit too much (considering that the whole fighter with cockpit will be less).
Now, a detailed instrumen panel is something else..
I might end up making a lower-poly model of it..
you don't mind if I use the texture, do you?

Use it any way you see fit :)
I'd suggest using detail boxes for the pilot, though; the reason for the hi-poliness is because you see it looking about in the cockpit if you fly as a Vasudan.
