If we don't hear from you again, should we assume something evolved in the mess and ate you? :P

ok, it's going to rain soon,m and the room has beaten me to ****, so it's time for a tactical withdrawal, most of the major mess infastructure has been destroyed or severely damaged, it's by no means over but I can't clean while it's raining, so it's a day.
the camaera I used was my sister's and I need to wait untill she gets home before I can get them out of the camera and onto the internet.

SIX MONTHS? dude really are lazy...

have you heard of a little thing called BWO, it'll be done when I get around to finishing a few models I started in 1999 :)
and it's been sence september so it's actualy more like 7.

I previously cleaned my room last July or some time around there, but it still looks decent. There are a lot of Lego pieces on the floor in one area and tons of dust on pretty much everything, but it's fairly neat otherwise. (well, maybe that's an overstatement, but I do have a lot of stuff in there :p)

+1 Ditto

Easier to just do that... besides, I am a bit of neat freak and I get annoyed if I leave stuff lying around on the floor... don't know why.

Tis the season...I started a serious clean up around here a few days ago.  I've got PC Gamer magazines going back to 1996...and its time to ditch them amongst some other things.  Lots of old clothes going to amity.

Old clothes?!  Sounds like you have quite a clothing collection there (so tempted to call you a fashion boy)  :D  I don't usually give my old stuff and clothes away, and I still have stuff that are decades old :D

They seek him here, they seek him there,
His clothes are loud, but never square.
It will make or break him so he's got to buy the best,
'Cause he's a dedicated follower of fashion.

And when he does his little rounds,
'Round the boutiques of London Town,
Eagerly pursuing all the latest fads and trends,
'Cause he's a dedicated follower of fashion.

Oh yes he is (oh yes he is), oh yes he is (oh yes he is).
He thinks he is a flower to be looked at,
And when he pulls his frilly nylon panties right up tight,
He feels a dedicated follower of fashion.

Oh yes he is (oh yes he is), oh yes he is (oh yes he is).
There's one thing that he loves and that is flattery.
One week he's in polka-dots, the next week he is in stripes.
'Cause he's a dedicated follower of fashion.

They seek him here, they seek him there,
In Regent Street and Leicester Square.
Everywhere the Carnabetian army marches on,
Each one an dedicated follower of fashion.

Oh yes he is (oh yes he is), oh yes he is (oh yes he is).
His world is built 'round discoteques and parties.
This pleasure-seeking individual always looks his best
'Cause he's a dedicated follower of fashion.

Oh yes he is (oh yes he is), oh yes he is (oh yes he is).
He flits from shop to shop just like a butterfly.
In matters of the cloth he is as fickle as can be,
'Cause he's a dedicated follower of fashion.
He's a dedicated follower of fashion.
He's a dedicated follower of fashion.

and the saga begins!

my bed
(http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/100_1932.jpg)

the far end of my bed
(http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/100_1933.jpg)

the "walkway" at the foot of my bed
(http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/100_1935.jpg)

the frige and mount milk carton
(http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/100_1936.jpg)

the left side of my cabenet
(http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/100_1937.jpg)
and the right
(http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/100_1938.jpg)

a shot of "the box" a friend who moved stuck me with this and a few others, right after the last time I cleaned I've been using them as knife throwing practice ever sence.

a shot of my room from outside, as you can see it is absolutely  cram packed with ****
(http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/100_1941.jpg)

just getting the bikes and airhocky table out of the way realy helps alot already, but they are just temporaraly moved so I can start chewing my way through the true mess.

this is the lower bedsid pile, it is one of the three main concentraitions of mess in my room
(http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/100_1944.jpg)

it extends to under the bed as you can see
(http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/100_1946.jpg)

and just when I think I've got everything under controle I find a troll under my bed :doubt:, those things bleed ****, took me the better part of an hour to clean that mess up
(http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/messatacks.jpg)

the upper bedside pile has been given some damage finaly
(http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/100_1948.jpg)

I actualy used a rake
(http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/100_1951.jpg)

unfortunately there were a few friendly casualties
(http://freespace.volitionwatch.com/blackwater/100_1952.jpg)

yes that is _ALL_ from today

comfortably, notice there was nothing on the bed and that's were I spend 99% of my time

there is also the issue of this being the garage and thus the dumping ground for everyone else in the house.
especaly right after I clean it , 80% of that mess (by mass) has been there 90% of the time, the big boxes the christmass decorations cushions for chairs we don't own any more, it's not mine so I can't exactly pitch it, but if I though it inside I'll just get it thrown back with some added lip to boot,

also a fun little game you can play, count the weapons, see if you can spot all knives, swords, and shuriken.

Hahahahahahah... Oh wow man. The thing I really like is the shelves of paint cans you got in there. Wow. Reminds me of this contest (http://boards.1up.com/zd/board/message?board.id=cgw_disc&message.id=15022&view=by_date_ascending&page=1) GFW ran to give out a copy of Burning Crusade collectors edition. Just check out some of those rooms in that thread.. Yeesh.

I'm surprised you could even reach the bed with the room in that state. It looks like there would be no place to walk.

well you sort of have to jump from the house to the bed, or just walk on the stuff, it stops crunching after a while.

Hope you haven't been welcomed already, ExperimentalSubject, else you're gonna be quite crispy...

:welcome:

Exits are located here, here, here, here, everywhere!  Only thing is, they're all blocked.  There are 4th dimensional exits, but we can't find them.  We advise you to stay out of the air ducts, as they are home to Carl the Shivan.  If you do find him, throw him your lunch and pray he takes it.  If you feel inclined to fight him, you can get a plasma rifle or shotgun from the weapons locker.  We ask that you take one of the pre-bloodied ones though, as not to get the shiny new ones dirty.  (That's assuming you can even get into the locker, it's keyed only for admins, a :v: god, or a Hyper-Intelligent Shade of Blue.)  Also, don't combine the letters "F," "3," and "S" in any order, as we will use our flamethrowers on you.  However, due to ongoing political debates, evolution, and the existence of God*, the napalm has been replaced with holy water.  Enjoy your stay at HLP!

*The God referenced in this Welcome SpeechTM may or may not be your God.  Differences between your God and my God may vary.

My first Welcome!  Yay!

I don't feel so bad about the condition of my house now.. wow..  Even before I moved in, with the packrat that lived with my girlfriend before didn't have that much stuff all over.  But it's good that it's done, because now you'll have room to move and stuff.
Hell, living in the garage might be kinda cool.  When you have a few people over, and one person has pretty skanky gas, you can just open the door and vent the scent out!
