Title: SW missouri...
Post by: wtf_cl0vvn on March 18, 2007, 01:04:46 am
Apparently my spring break budget doesn't cover a trip to Colorado, so I am now in the Ozark Lakes area in MO.

Not bad actually...nice place to just get away from it all*. Which is what i need right now.

*this obviously does not include HLP.

I'm on spring break too. I will be going to Boston, Princeton and possibly NYC, although only for a day or two each. I want to minimize my time away from home as much as possible. :p

Going up to Rochester Institute of Tech in NY, and Bowling Green State U in Ohio. Woo college touring.

Eh, the only colleges worth checking out in the Midwest are Indiana, Purdue, or UW Madison, for Business, Engineering, and Hippie (history) majors respectively.  They're all pretty good party schools too, from what I've heard, Indiana and Madison being two of the top in the nation at least. :)

Have fun in Ohio, though.  Lake Erie's pretty good this time of year, and it looks like you'll not be too far from it. :)

If spring break is next week for you folks...then yes lake Erie won't be too bad.  The winter hasn't been cold enough for it to freeze and we're due for a mini-heat wave (as far as spring is concerned) by Wednesday or Thursday up in Ontario.

I get out on the 30th.  How about then? ;)
