I noticed that the main Fs2 campaign has had a special sort of (beautiful) starfield background added in addition to the regular stars (I can tell because when you turn your ship, only a few of the stars do the blur animation; presumably the ones that do not are part of the special backdrop). To get to the point, this backdrop thingy is awesome. In fact, it's so awesomtastically awesome that I can't stand to go without it in other campaigns. Space seems so...empty...without it.
If you have no idea what I'm talking about, go into the techroom and play the first mission of the Fs2 Main Campaign and then play a stand-alone mission.
I'm going crazy trying to figure out how to get this backdrop in my missions. It is utterly breathtaking, and I cannot live without it. Could some kind soul please enlighten me? :nervous:

Just set the skybox in your mission to starfield.pof. If you're seeing it in other missions, you already have it installed.

Woot. Much appreciated.
