Title: Getting started with the SCP

Hello.  I would like to get started with the Source Code Project, but can not seem to find a good place to get a step by step walkthrough for someone who is not familiar with the process.  I was wondering if anyone can a)give me the steps and RELIABLE links to the items I need to download or b)refer me to another walkthrough that has reliable links and goes step by step.  I am going to be uninstalling and reinstalling FS1 and FS2 so I have a clean start.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks!!!

There are several ways of getting SCP right now, covered here (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,38195.0.html).

Personally, Tureys installer is pretty good, with a small error in the root.VP that can be fixed by downloading a version online.

If you want to torrent a DVD, hip63 has a good one... you can also get it from FileFront.  (link in my siggy)
