Title: Looking for a good PHP programmer

If anyone happens to know the name of a good PHPer for hire, or if you happen to be one with some spare time yourself, I've got a project that needs doing. I've a site for a gaming guild (not FS related, sorry :() that I'd like to get some rather extensive modding done on. It'd involve working with a phpBB-based site, with a focus on customizing the database. I need someone that's good, reliable, and best of all, not too expensive :D.
