Gimme a sec to find a link. And this is all assuming you haven't already looked there, which you probably already have. So, basically, I'm patronizing you.

There's no such thing as a firewall that won't let you forward ports as that is equivalent to simply unplugging the network. What you might have is a corporate/university firewall in the way which you can't configure.

In that case you're **** out of luck pure and simple.
