Eh? It's already over?
-
No, it's not over. To the right click on the link that says 140 something entries and vote for FS2.
-
Ah, sorry. Let's see what we can do! :)
-
C'mon everyone! So far it's recieved no votes!
-
thissystem is friggin stupid..it's a face-off system..every 10 minutes..
In orher to vote you have to be tehre in the 10 minutes the game is in the ring with another one...CRAP!
-
If you go and click on the game profile there is a huge button under the cover-shot that says "VOTE NOW"
-
Clicked it but it just brought me back to the index thingy.
-
I have atleast voted now

I figured it out..you have ot vote between 2 games, after that it refreshes itself and picks some other 2 games (usually it keeps the game you voted for for a while and only switches the other one... then after several votes it swtiches that one too)
I had to go trough about 50 other votes before FS2 came up..

Well if you ask me all "OMG BEST GAME EVER CHOOSE NOW OMG" contests are silly.
-
I didn't realise that it was that hard to vote.

Too true. More often than not it comes down to genre preferences at this point. Example: I've heard both Starcraft and Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time described as "one of the best games ever". Now how do you rank one above the other? You can't. They are in different genres, and cannot be compared. RTS fans will vote Starcraft, and Adventure fans will vote Ocarina.
Now if it were a "best in genre" competition, that makes more sense... and FS2 would win the Space Sim one. :D

I agree with you, that's a strange contest system. And FreeSpace must win!
