What station do you normally listen to, At work they love BBC radio 2 which is ok'ish, but i prefer Radio 1 Kiss or Capital. In general i like a bit of everything, Yep you're right guys this is another "get to know the crowds stereotype survey thread"
-
When I rarely listen to radio, it is often City FM (A local Liverpool station) or Key103 or BBC Radio 1, but like I said I rarely listen to the radio and only listen to it when a cab driver is taking us to work or something.

when a cab driver is taking us to work or something.
Get you with the paid work cars, An exec saloon i'm guessing ;7 there are a few local underground/pirate stations which play some good stuff, I heard a Thomas the Tank engine Vs 50 cent "tom in da club" remix which had me in stitches because it sounded so good

No I'm just to lazy to get my arse out of bed early enough to catch the bus sometimes and my wife prefers the ease of getting a cab (door to door service  ). That's when we can afford to live so extravegently though! otherwise we have to force ourselves to get out of bed to catch the bus. Neither of us drive :sigh:

Since Clear Channel is continuing its agenda of destroying good radio stations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I'm staying away from the dial. I usually keep a CD in the car. I'll listen to it for a few weeks.
-
Usually....102.1 The Edge (from Toronto). New rock and alternative. Whenever I'm going somewhere.
-
MP3 player. This way i can avoid nickelback 100% of the time.
-
On the rare occasions I listen to something non news/sports related, it's almost always one of the local classic rock stations. 102.9 WMGK out of Philly usually has a pretty good mix.

DR (http://www.dr.dk/)'s P3 (http://www.dr.dk/p3/?oversigt) is the main one I tend to listen to when I feel like radio. Nice mix of various types of music garnished with satire and humor, including a fair amount of stuff that would probably result in million-dollar fines were it broadcast in the US :p Oh, and a short news roundup every hour, which is nice, plus no commercials due to being license funded.
All in Danish of course.

102.1 The Edge (from Toronto)
That seems to be a popular radio station frequency and title. I've got a 102.1 The Edge in Dallas, and I think there's a few more in North America.
-
107.7 SeaFM
100.9 SeaFM
101.7 HO FM
And before that 102.1 Edge FM
All in Australia, of course.
-
we only got 2 radio stations here and neither have answered my requests to play death metal, so they must suck.
-
Only 2 stations, whereabouts is that Nuke ??
-
bum**** alaska :D

I don't even bother with radio much anymore, but 98.7...which is in LA, and I'm in San Diego, so the reception isn't always that great.
Best radiostation evah was 70-something in Hawaii, forget the exact number. Had a lot of different genres but surprisingly all good music.
-
I prefer mp3, but i haven't got an mp3 player, so I just use a computer. Otherwise, radio.
-
