Title: It's a lot quieter here late at night than it used to be

So while I'm logged in most of the time, I'm not actually active. :P

But I keep the auto-registration on and sometimes the browser is left with a forum tab open for night to, for example, download something else, and every time the page auto-refreshes it logs me in as well.

Although I tend to just refresh the topic listings at regular intervals, often without spending much time reading posts in between. I believe the forum assumes you are still online for 15 minutes after your last actual activity. That, and my brother lurks on the forum with my account logged in.

The secular version, Godwin's law, states that "As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches one."

This can be further derived into God Wins -law, which replaces Hitler and Nazis with God/Jesus/Allah/Mohammed argument (with either similar or opposite intent as the Hitler analogy), and proceeds to state that at this point, God Wins the thread and makes it unusable for further use in much the similar way Hitler and his Nazis do.. It is notable that this does not prove or disprove God's existence or nonexistence - fictional characters are just as capable of ruining threads. For example, substituting Hitler with Emperor Palpatine tends to have the same effect...

Wow. You're like the first person I've met who is Catholic outside of my parish. And 6000 people go to my school. Of course, we don't generally talk about religion, and I only know a very small percentage of that 6000.
