The main OpenAL download isn't working, so here's a link if you don't have it. http://files.filefront.com//;7742836;;/ (http://files.filefront.com//;7742836;;/)
You can also get OpenAL by downloading the Creative X-Fi drivers at http://www.creative.com (http://www.creative.com), extracting the .exe with WinRAR and browsing to to \Drivers\wdm\common\i386\OALInst.exe.  :snipe:

There is always an updated copy here:  http://fs2source.warpcore.org/exes/latest/oalinst.exe  (same exe as the older OpenALwEAX.exe link btw).

I grab it off of Creative's site every couple of months, or when there is a major update, and then upload it to warpcore.  So as long as you can get it off of warpcore, that's all you need to do, since it's always going to be pretty much up-to-date (+/- a couple of weeks).
