Thats I've Found Her.  Its a freeware B5 project, with their own home grown engine and game.

Ahem. He didn't say while moving. He said "on the spot". Yes, you can turn 360 in one spot in Freespace.  (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/hammer.gif)
