Title: IRC Tab

Could an IRC tab be added up top with the Home, Forums, etc tabs?  The page would contain a java irc client and connection details?

I mean, #hard-light is pretty dead in it's current state.

Or even a link to "irc://irc.server.ext"? Most IRC clients associate themselves with a protocol request.
