No, I don't need help. And yes, I know about Pantheon.org.
I'm tossing a semi-haphazard text document out here, chock-full of various pharaoh names (and a few cities at the end). Newbies can use this to name their Vasudan ships, rather than making yet another GVD Alexandria!
- (f) indicates a name is feminine
- (used) indicates a name which, IIRC, has been used either in canon or in something I've played (or, in something I'm working on)
- (probably) indicates that it's a well-enough known name to have probably been used by now
- (agh) indicates that naming something after King Tut seems overly cliche to me :P
Have fun :)

That's a nice list. Thank you.

The problem with the FS naming conventions is the obvious degeneration of the names as time goes on. You have all the familiar and obvious names in FS1, then less familiar ones in FS2, and over the years, it's degenerated into polysyllabic names of minor pharaohs who never really did anything during their reigns, lesser spirits, and the like.

Really useful as I've said. :)

I think it can be useful, however i prefer to invent new names for my vasudan ships.

I used Anubis for one of my ship names ... I used general egyptian words, not the name of pharoahs...
