Title: Max Overclock Acceleration

On behalf of the Star Wars Conversion, I would like to request a new ships.tbl line

For our gameplay mechanics, we require that, when extra power is moved to the engines, that the acceleration rate as well as the maximum speed of the ship increases.

to keep continuity with the current notation.  I would like to request a new field labelled

edit: we will also eventually need capship bubble shields, but i figure, one thing at a time right?

Right now, when you divert more power to the engines only the top speed is changed, acceleration isn't.
What they need is a scaled acceleration and a max value assigned to it in the table.
